1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the YOYU website or mobile application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during sign-up and verification.
4. Plans, hosting and joining
Members may create ("host") or request to join plans through the Service. Hosts are responsible for reviewing and approving join requests. YOYU does not guarantee the conduct, reliability, or safety of any member, plan, or in-person meeting arranged through the Service.
5. Community standards
YOYU has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, send or share, in plans, chat, your profile or ratings:
- harassment, bullying, threats, or hate speech targeting anyone's religion, caste, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristic;
- sexual or sexually suggestive content, or anything involving minors;
- scams, spam, solicitation, or misrepresenting who you are;
- anything illegal, including drugs, weapons or violence;
- another person's private information without their consent.
Text is automatically screened and some content is blocked before it is posted. You can report any plan, message or member, and block anyone, from inside the app. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or permanently ban the accounts responsible. Blocking someone also hides their content from you.
6. Ratings and reviews
Ratings and reviews submitted through the Service should reflect genuine experiences. YOYU reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. YOYU is not responsible for the actions of members, the outcome of any plan, or any loss or injury arising from in-person meetings arranged through the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOYU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other members or the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
